Admissions requirements must be clearly stated in your catalog and other documents that students receive.

Admissions staff are required to complete trainings prior to enrolling applicants into institution.

Review compliance catalog and admissions handbooks if information overload occurs.

Applicants that are under the age of 18 may still enroll with signature of guardian. 

Disclose all costs associated with program and expenses for “normal time” at institution.

I’ve learned that prospective students should be evaluated based off of program eligibility.
