What I have learned in this training course was how to be the best at what I do. Showing the students the knowledge and skills that have helped be successful in my career. Being engaging with the students. I greet each of my students daily. I have assignments already ready for them when they walk into the classroom and lab. 

I've learned in this training the adult attention span in the classroom when it comes to lecturing. Limit the time, get them enaged with different activities and games. Make it educational fun and want the students to guess on what's… >>>

]]> In this section I have learned a lot skills that would be needed to perform well as a online instructor. The time, the initative and dedicated work for online programs. Many students will feel that not having a face to face instructor and attention will prohibit them from exceling. I have taken online classes while obtaining my degrees and I felt the same way at first, but with the group discussions for assignments nightly and weekly, it was great way to know your fellow peers and get their insight about the discussions given by the instructor.

I would be able to relate to my students and let them know just because the classes are online and I reachable. I would make sure each students has my hours and e-mail address to contact me with any concerns, and/or understandings about the assignments given.
