I found that communication online is best FaceTime or video log. Students are able to interact but with a little more responsibility. As stated in the previous module we don't want too much anonymity. Calling on students by name is effective from teacher to student and should be no different from peer-to-peer.

Technology can enhance what we do or hinder us if we are not familiar with how to use it correctly. I've used VR, Flipgrid, Yellowdig, drive shares and other simulations type software. Each independently brings something to the table. Each one shouldn't be used all by itself. The variety is the key component to a good classroom space. 

The post pandemic online learner changed the game of how students learn and why they want to push forward with careers. Most according to the statistic are motivated by children or their dependents. I see a lot of this in the classroom. The next generation is waiting for a reason to push themselves forward.

Hi everyone, in this module I've learned how to increase the effectiveness of cultural responsiveness within the classroom space. The statistics were most helpful and painted a real picture of online vs. in-person learning. I believe in-line with the material that we should emphasize and empower the individual student with equity rather than equality across the board. I will work on applying this in my own classroom by tending to individuals on a face-to-face rather than the class as a whole. An example would be changing coursework depending on each student's weaknesses rather than curriculum.
