Most students in the lab group will have the same answers on all of their labs. I believe the leader of the group deserves more credit than the followers.

Being organized prepares you to have a smooth running day. However, the day could change at any moment and head in an alternative direction that you weren't prepared for. It's better to prepare yourself to adapt to changes at any time.

Get to the root of their problems and they will be more focused in the class. Most of the time just listening to them vent is enough.

change the pace of the class frequently, always have more energy then your students, and have two stories for every piece of subject matter you teach!

I think using different tests throughout the course would be most beneficial as it will cater to all types of students and their testing abilities.
