On top of that grading needs to get done. I already work more hours than is contracted for. I do it because I care, but I another, full-time job, where I get health insurance and try to earn a living. My time is just limited.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

I would think a flipped would work best when the out of class portion is more of a review or background information to the activity in class. It can also be a prompt with a question that might pique someone's interest in fining out more in class.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
