the more you instruct a class you will learn the areas which the student normally have trouble understandind an you can ask questions inthose areas .... knowing that a lot of student donot fully understand the material completely as of yet and asking questions will reinforce there knoeledge.

SMALL TEAMS SEEM WORK VERY WELL IN MY SITUATION, BY WORKING TOGETHER THEY CAN HELP EACH OTHER OUT WHEN IT COMES TO UNDERSTANDING A CONCEPT OR FIGURING OUT HOW SOMETHING OPERATES.

Safety rules and procedures should be covered during lessons and repeated just before going to the shop for work, during shop\labs safety ruled should be repeated over and over again.

by asking questions you can gauge how well your students are understanding the material you are covering. if, all the questions are answered correctly you can either move in new material or make your questions a little harder or more detailed so you better challege them.

AFTER A COMPLETE LESSON HAS BEEN TAUGHT AND BEFORE A TEST I ASK IF THE STUDENTS HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AND IF THEY DO NOT THE I ASK SOME AND WILL CALL ON INDIVIDUAL STUDENT FOR AN ANSWER, IF HE/SHE CANNOT ANSWER THE QUESTION I OPEN IT UP TO THE WHOLE CLASS, THIS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL TEST TIME.
