On the first day of the course I let the students sit where they want to, than I make a seating chart. Our tables that we use sits 3 people and that becomes there team. This has work very well for many years.

when you keep eye contact with your students you will have a better response to what you are instructing and this will improve student learning and retention.

eye contact with your students is very important. by moving your eye contact rom student to student on a continous basis the students seem to fwel like you are talking to them directly. this improves their learning.

RETENTION

RETENTION WILL BE IMPROVE IF EVERYONE IS UP FRONT WITH WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCEED IN THEIR COURSE AND THE SCHOOL. THIS SHOULD BE REPEATED MANY TIMES DURING THEIR TIME IN THE COURSE AND ALL THE WHILE THEY ARE AT SCHOOL.

RETENION

STUDENT RETENTION WILL IMPROVE IF EVERYONE IS UP FRONT WITH WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED AT YOUR SCHOOL. BEING UP FRONT WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR THE STUDENT BECAUSE THEY THAN WILL NOT BE SURPRISE LATER DURING THEIR SCHOOLING AS TO WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED. THIS SHOULD BE REPEATED MANY TIMES.

CLASS RULES

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO EXPLAIN THE SCHOOL RULES ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE COURSE SO THE STUDENTS KNOW WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO SUCCEED IN THE COURSE AND SCHOOL.
