As a student with learning disabilities, I can attest to the fact that accommodations make a tremendous difference. I had a 2.7 in college and never completed with no accommodations in 2001 and when I returned to college in 2018 with accommodations I graduated with a 3.89.

ELL students simply have more stress to deal with then English-speaking students. Taking that into consideration in the planning stage and incorporating it into the program overall will help all the students with greater comprehension as well as taking a bit of the stress off the ELL students.

Im still processing the information in this section, formulating ideas on how to create and monitor groups and group work effectively. This section was very informative and got me thinking.

Movements exemplifying the information as I am presenting it rather than distracting movements that take away from the presentation requires a conscience effort to maintain the applicable flow and timing. I personally need to concentrate on not going to fast both in speech and in movement and no fidgeting. 

I think sincerity and humility play key roles here. Being able to acknowledge our humanness and look objectively upon ourselves allows us the opportunity to improve at a much greater rate than if we try to maintain appearances, without negating professionalism of course.

Everyone is different and require different interactive approaches to quell their adversity as it may be. Someone who's cheating though can be difficult because they may just deny it even when you have them red handed. These situations can be very tenuous and require delicate handling whether it be direct confrontation or managerial intervention.

Everyone has strengths and weaknesses in the classroom setting. Recognizing these different attributes and finding ways to monopolize their strengths while reducing their negative aspects in the classroom would be the best approach to uplift the class in general and bring other students into the interactive process that may not normally be called upon.

Being concise, structured, and thorough in the syllabus with the information provided and exemplifying the pertinent points with colors or boxes I think is a good idea to really reinforce where the students focus needs to be in the course work.

This really makes me think to have information sectionally presented in 20-minute increments and to keep it under 7 instructions per 20 minutes. Incorporating all the different learning styles into these 20-minute sessions may be challenging but I'm sure over time Ill be able to overlap these styles.

I'm bad with names in general so I really like the name tent idea, I'm going to use that! I think that creating a positive report with the students and facilitating a positive interactive process will set the basis for future interactions in the class.
