I am an RN with 33 years of bedside and health-care management experience. I have been teaching nurses, physician's, auxillary healthcare and non-healthcare adult employees in healthcare facilities for 20 years, with 5 years as a clinical (practice) instructor in an LPN program at an adult vocational education school. I have been working as an RN nursing instructer in an ADN program for 4 1/2 months. In 2011 I will enroll in an MSN or MSNEd program. I do not have formal training in academic didactic presentation. Although I have been teaching adults for over 20 years, frequently, I have found myself overwhelmed with my present career college teaching responsibilities. These CEE courses are GREAT. I can relate to so much of it, as having been exposed and tried to deal with so much of the covered material. I feel that I have a professional personal tutor to assist me along the way. I plan to finish all of the sessions and look forward to the benefits it will bring to my practice as an educator. Thank you. Julieta
