The class had great information. Been in the school side for over 20 years and this has givin me more information then my school.

You are right. Any information that can help us do our job better is great. The great thing was it was easy to understand. When the state or goverment puts out information it is hard to traslate. Nice to have someone explain it in english

It is important to keep learning. Once we say we cannot learn anymore we become lost. With everything that is changing, we will need to keep up with what has changed. It is up to us to be the best we can and to keep others imformed of the changes. Its great that we do have these training aids to help us. I wish some of the other ststes will follow.

I do believe that this has helped in my understanding of the federal goverments regulations. Over the pass few years the goverment has passed and changed many rules. The thing I see more of is the interpretation of these rules and regulations. I have seen many schools that have interpreded the regs differently. Is there a goverment group that is tasked with interpreting these new regs
