I love teaching adults who want to learn and I love helping them meet their career goals. I love to learn new things myself, so I am good at encouraging learning in others. I enjoy working with other instructors in my school to help the students succeed. I try to never approach my superiors with a problem without having first tried to solve it myself or at least have an idea how it might be solved (unless such is a clear violation of chain of command and is completely outside my purview, then that's a different story altogether! Some things are and should be "above my pay grade!") I am hoping to have more classes to teach when we get our BSN program up and running here.
