I have learned the importance of maintaining an up to date Resource Notebook with critical information about regulations, policies, and institutional resources, and I intend to use this knowledge to stay informed and effectively assist prospective students.

I learned how important it is to understand every part of my institution from programs to student services and marketing so I can give accurate and helpful info to prospective students

This module taught me the importance of adhering to Florida Statutes and Rules in the admissions process, including understanding the enrollment agreement, financial aid options, and proper paperwork handling. I will apply this by maintaining an up-to-date Resource Notebook, following procedures for accurate form completion, and seeking guidance when needed to ensure compliance.
 
 
 

I learned that as an admissions staff member, it’s my responsibility to follow all Florida regulations, stay updated on rules, and know my institution inside and out. I now understand the importance of using fair consumer practices and keeping my Resource Notebook updated with current info. I plan to apply this by staying organized, asking questions when needed, and making sure I always give accurate and honest info to prospective students.
