This really gave me an AH HA moment: Everyone within a career college must model the professionalism expected of students. All employees have a responsibility to help students succeed, while never compromising integrity or standards of excellence. The institution operates as a system with all departments interdependent on one another, and it is through the successful collaboration among all team members that optimal graduate employment outcomes are achieved. I am very excited to learn more about AI and how to use it in my day to day.

AI seems so easy to use, I am most interested in using it for role playing for interviews. 

I have learned that AI is a valuable tool to use when drafting emails, when creating resumes. I have also learned that you have to be careful with information shared online. 

I have learned that there are several different types of AI chatbots. I have learned that the more information you provide when seeking a response or assistance from chatbot, the more information you will receive. I have learned that there is a thing called Deepfakes in which voice and appearance can be modified to replace that of someone else, so be very careful about the information you provide online. 

This is exactly what I needed!! Helping a stepping back and using a more critical "eye" to see the students Intrincic and Extrencic motivation is! this is my AHHHHAAA MOMENT!!! I will be doing more research on this terminology, I have never heard it before but it really spoke to me and this it is needed to get the insite from our students perspectives. 

Having a goal for me is about being systematic and thinking about how I myself will get the results that I need. For example, I need to think about and act on stratageies to get to the results I am looking for. Goals are important for the short term and the long term. Don't get so bogged down with too many goals that you lose sight of the main goal.
