I recently retired from the U.S. Army as a Career Counselor. I have worked as a Law Enforcement Officer, Drug Suppression Investigator, Suicide Prevention and Intervention Leader, Digital Training Management System Manager, Schools Manager, and a Career Counselor who mentored many soldiers throughout their careers. As the Director of Career Services, I assist in securing permanent placements for high-quality students, managing their talents properly, and meeting the needs of local Businesses. I have created and reinvented systems in all aspects of my career to improve our training and tracking systems. I graduated from the University of Phoenix July of 2016 with an Associate of Art in Communication and again November of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, I then went on to graduate from Southern New Hampshire University earning a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in August of 2020. I have a great interest in self-improvement and mentoring/coaching others while acting as a culture advocate and enhancing diversity and inclusion within an organization.
