I like this idea i feel it puts a new twist to the old school training methods

I try to talk to the student that i see not being envolved in the group activity. try to get him interested. see if his fellow students know why he prefers not to be involved. may be get him to open up about any of his experiances.

I DO NOT LIKE MUSIC IN CLASS TO ME ITS DISTRACTING. IN THE SHOP A LOW VOLUME MAY BE OK BUT IF ITS BLASTING TO LOUD AND SOME ONE GETS HURT AND NEEDS HELP YOU MAY NOT HEAR THEM.

If it seems that the lecture is loosing interest .then you can take them to lab have a show and tell time .or question and answer time.also helps you find out who may have a better understanding of the subject matter or who may need more help.

I feel it is very important that the student let you know up front the first day that they have a problem. this way you can help the right from the start and they will not fall behind. catching up is hard to do ..

I like to tell stories or topics that pertain to the course and my real life experences. this helps the student understand that you as aperson have had the real life experiance that they will encounter.

I like to keep the groups small 3or 4 peopll and try to match the more knowlegable with the less. that way the students seem to work well together.then i like to check in on them to see how they are progressing.

i like to keep moving around the room . it keeps there attention and there aware you are looking at different views of there view of what is going on in the class

jim perry there is stress at work and stress at home .you need to be able to try and seperate the two. not always easy . some times impossable. i find that once i get working on a project that i loose some or most of my stress. because my mind is now on something else. at home i try to relax and talk to my family and this also helps.

jim perry iam finding out that if i get the person who is wanting the job done to give me as much input as possable to make my job easer and less stressful
