I really enjoyed this module. It was my favorite thus far. I really learned a lot and was able to relate to everything I read. I love the section on discussing having model answers for all assignments for students viewing. I will certainly be working on that in some of my classes. I also appreciated the section on how to deal with students who like to intimidate. I have always been able to deal with students like this fairly well by messaging them privately or emailing them and having a one-on-one discussion with them.

I think Asynchronous discussion forums are the best choice for an online platform setting. It allows more students to participate and allows them more time to post their initial discussion and replies. I also learned how important instructor feedback is. I try to be quick with my feedback but I also am always kind. I do give constructive criticism when needed though. This module went over some good ways to help with that.

This was again another great module. I have learned the importance of the instructor's biography. I think it's a wonderful idea for all instructors to have one for their students to read. It will help students be able to relate to their instructors on not only a professional level but a personal one too.

I really enjoyed this module. I think it really explains well how important it is that online instructors like myself are able to easily navigate the online platform. This includes the modules, lessons, quizzes, and any other area that students are required to navigate.

I think in the future I will make sure to be more thorough in looking through all the course material.
