I learned that its important to know what to expect from the students with disabilities. The need to be properly informed is paramount.

I learned that surprisingly 75% of disabilities are hidden. This is something that is really incredible, knowing this number will help me to see closer with intent of noticing more then I have noticed before. BTW, this link provided on a webpage: The Center for Universal Design - is broken. But the working page - https://www.cast.org/what-we-do/universal-design-for-learning/ - is great!

Course Revision and Improvements was extremely helpful.

The pretest/posttest and student evaluations of the course were invaluable!

Comment on Benji Lewis's post: This is a great info! Thank you!

A few things were great to learn about, but one is the most interesting to me - Peer Assessment.

Several positive aspects to it, and a few important details to consider placing student's output for someone to assess.

Great learning setup and additional engagement element that is encouraging a deeper commitment to a good learning!

In this module I learned about some aspects of online learning that deepened my understanding of the process.

One of the phrases that stuck with me is Learning With Technology instead of Learning From Technology. Sometimes the simple change in a perspective makes the biggest difference.

The methods for encouraging effective communications were extremely useful as well. Although, it is hard for some students to engage for a variety of reasons, and some just do not want - it is still an extremely helpful information.
