Current clients: Acquisitions Manager Automotive Groups (car dealerships), residential sales, land valuation sales, mentoring new agents, commercial sales, rental placement, real estate consulting, and expert witness testimony.

Tricia Houseman began her real estate career in business brokerage with mergers and acquisitions of medical franchises, a day spa, lawn care businesses, and retail stores. A Senior Valuations Analyst, for CII Sunbelt, she completed customized Confidential Business Reviews (CBR reports) on a variety of businesses listed for sale. Tricia later engaged with an engineering firm working with municipalities throughout the United States for the development of subdivisions, multi-family housing, assisted living facilities, hotels, strip plazas, and stand-alone commercial facilities as an owner representative, and Real Estate Consultant. Her work detailed the analysis for highest and best use for site acquisitions and the local market. Tricia consults for several brokers, development firms, and owner representatives. The assignments included evaluating and auditing the business operations for best practices.
