Tricia Houseman began her real estate career in business brokerage with mergers and acquisitions of medical franchises, a day spa, lawn care businesses, and retail stores. A Senior Valuations Analyst, for CII Sunbelt, she completed customized Confidential Business Reviews (CBR reports) on a variety of businesses listed for sale.
