One of the things I will take from this module is the importance of sifting through all the resources and capabilities available for online student learning and choosing the best ones for maximum benefit.

Also, it's crucial to be sure all students have the ability to access the technology required for online success.

Being aware of how we come across to students is very important; professionally, consise, and in a timely manner.

It's important to realize that motivation on the students' part is very important but also difficult to achieve sometimes.  It's tough when an instructor is not face-to-face with students on a daily basis to remind them to complete work and such.

I like the idea of doing a survey of students at the beginning of the couyrse to assess online abilities.
