<p>Guilty with explanation yes/no</p>
<p>I have missed the first for non compliance with the deadline. Well, I have litteraly gone down my knees. I have passed the dead line. Eventhough federalexpress was at the door on time. Apparently the address was the president office.</p>

<p>The second time, I made my reservation on time, ticket on hands my bags and suitcase in compliance but to the NACES i was not and the verdict was not in my favor.</p>

<p>I have missed the first for non compliance with the deadline. Well, I have litteraly gone down my knees. I have passed the dead line. Eventhough federalexpress was at the door on time. Apparently the address was the president office.</p>

<p>The second time, I made my reservation on time, ticket on hands my bags and suitcase in compliance but to the NACES i was not and the verdict was not in my favor.</p>

<p>What if a student that is neither qualified to financial aid and rejected by TiTle IV.</p>
<p>That student a 2.8 average has to drop out because of the above mentionned, and presently the student must drop out.</p>

Our pitfalls as school owner/Program Director: If we were to ask: Why this program and not this one?
65% of the answer would be economically oriented.
What are the requirements for a school to financially funded or in compliance with Title 4
Correct me if I am wrong.
Does the federal government request a proposal for the program, necessity and cost effectiveness. I do not think so.
