To me before the class even starts you have to make the studen feel welcom as they enter the class. I like to have a good upbeat song playing in the class and great my students at the door and make short positive conversation with them as they enter the class.

Last week I chalanged my class to leave all there hand help devices with me for the enter day. This was for 6.5 hours. They took me up on the challange. After 4 hours some were haveing a very hard time not being able to look at there phone. With 20 min left it was even harder for them. But they made it all 6.5 hours. From this I can see from this they love to use there hand held devices and this can help in there learning experance.

I am one of the people that tends to stress about nothing. In the past I had went to my friends to vent or talk. I started to think it is not there problem. I see now that talking to friends is a great way to release the stress.

After 30 years in the field I train in .I know that if you do not take care of your custmers they go some place else. With students it is very importent to fill all the students needs at school and help students to understand. If we just teach and not show we care they will lose intrest.

I have found that if let stress in you life you will find that you get job burn out. To keep it out of you life take care of the things that you can and the things you have no controle of talk with friends that can help you relax and not worry so much. The one thing I always try to remember is there are more things worred about then ever really happen.

I believe to many people love strees. This can rub of on others that allow it to happen. One suld try not to get envolved with meaning less things that can bring them down and try to help others to see they are causing harm to them self.

Most of us have stress ever day and some dont even know it. This can make the teaching of the class drag on because we tend to think about things that are in are life that has nothing to do with the class.It is like bringing your home to work.We need to learn to check are home life at the door so are day can move easly.

As an instructor there are times that one will fill like they have others looking at what they are doing and if they are doing a good job. This can get in the way of your teaching because you tend to think about what others are thinking and not on teaching the course in the way they should.

As we get older I find we think differnt then are younger students. Some times we need to step back and try to see things in there life and change are soft skills and prsent things in a way they understand
