I teach in a trade school. I find empathy and communication are the most frequently used parts of my soft skills. Even though I am skilled in the trade I teach, I find that the students respond best to a instructor who cares and understqands them individually. This course helped me understand the importance of soft skills a little more.

I recently finished ED103 and was really pleased and surprised. I learned more than I thought I would. I also found myself taking lots of notes along the way.

I am finding the HE sessions offered are very informative and have opened my eyes to the way institutions are ran.

I really enjoyed this course. Found alot of helpful info to start in my classes.

I find the the more classes that pass through me the easier it is to read the next class. This makes changing when needed "on the fly" easier and smoother for me and the students.
