I am able to see through the eyes of novice because I started in the classroom setting as a Medical Assistant student. This course has given me even more elements to add to my classes moving forward. I have implemented the process of working in teams I beleive that Team Work makes the Deam Work and that working with all walks of life. I have found that once you include your class in the process of learning and engaging and rewarding within means. The response is astounding while in the process of building the rapport with your student population. Intrinsic movational value is processing class assignments to encourage and motivate a students strengths while accessing their weakness and building assignments and reviews around that I found are challenging yet rewarding. I do agree with your reference and the sources that I have found to be ceridble. Learning how to communicate and delegate class assignments and understanding the enviroment we are working with is challenging yet rewarding in the same breath. Students want instructors who interact and include them in the process. This allows for expressions on the subject matter as well as direct communication to be open to the classroom enviroment.

The lesson I was required to partake in was ED109 and it was in reference to Time Managment and writing the Lessons Plans to suit the students. I have learned about this course with apprehensions of the information utilized within the course working within the private sector we have to utilized out life experiences.
