I learned about many types of disabilities and how some disabilities you can't visually see.  As a teacher I will support all students who feel challenged.  I will also make sure I am consistant with my assignments and the technology I use will be checked for accessabilty. 

The evaluation process is very important.  It helps guide qualilty and the effectiveness of the online class.  Having multiple methods to evalulate provides a lot of value to the targeted stakeholders.

I will use both formative and sumative assessments to help me understand the level of learning that is happening and to provide myself with feedback on how effective is my teaching.

Be very detailed with your instructions regarding course communication and discussion in your syllabus, and its the Instructor's role to be th "tour guide" to help students map their success in an online course.  Ensure students have an opportunity to build thier knowledge/skills through scaffolding opportunties in the modules or course learning outcomes.

Create a template with the modules to support the student learning outcomes, and creating learning objects data base for future courses. 

Online classroom can still have the same type of learning evironment where students can be engaged such as opportunties to ask questions, have a live syncronous chat and asynchronous chats is a platform where students can leave message and attach a document for from an individual or a group.

I would follow the recommended structure to help student to easily find the modules and lesson as required.  I would provide some navaigational simplicity to help the learner navigate through the course by including links, calender, overview, notes, assignments and location. Active learners would have opportunties to reinfore their learning.  Intellectual interaction opportunties would provide the learner  to contribute thier knowledge to help with high levels of retention.
