09/11/2025----Good day, I just want to share an update of my scholarly plans, I am interested in the Doctoral program offered by Walden University, after I begin to search what is being offered and what will benefit me as an educator, I will make a decision to pursue these goals. Knowledge is power , as an educator , one of my goals is to give back and share the knowledge I have gained in my nursing career to my students including my clinical experience of more than 20 years in the Nursing profession.

Ferpa/Jeanne Clery Act

Hi, Laverne, the Jeanne Clery Act was interesting to read and I also was not aware it was adopted as a law and based on a true story, I think each student needs to circle back to this topic and read it again just for informational purposes. Thanks for your comment.

Emergency Communications

The Emergency Communication topic was very informative to me , and is necessary due to recent inclement weather experiences that we all have been experiencing , We can reach students and instructors in the event we need to for an emergency situation, through electronic devices , emails or phones to support any emergency situations on campus or in the clinical settings. This was a very informative presentation. Does anyone have any add on's to this presentation? I am very glad about this eye opener and refresher for this topic.
