I am so very pleased to be a part of this learning platform with so many others who are interested in learning and generously sharing their expertise.

I have been in the Education field as an Advisor, Student Services Coordinator, Dean of Student Services and Career Services Director for the past 20 plus years and have had the honor of using these positions to share in the successes of many. I am currently working for ECPI University in Birginia Beach, Virginia as Director of Career Services; along with a dynamic & committed team of Advisors who give of themselves everyday. Additionally, my background training is in both Psychology and Human Resources Development; previous to working in Education - I was a mental health professional and developed Supported Employment programs for the psychiatrically disabled consumer.

Overall, I am continuously striving to improve the strategies to support others to achieve their goals, to continually stay aware of community needs and resources, to learn new technology and their best applications, as well as to continually expand my own professional knowledge, skills, and interests.

]]> Well... I certainly pride myself, overall, at being a successful learner and student; still, this course was not a reflection of my best outcomes. I felt I learned a great deal of new and relavent information but will, in future courses, structure my use of the online information much more efficiently. I also - UGH - went back and changed two answers on my final that I felt confident in but the more I pondered, I changed and got a lower final score.

I will definitely look forweard to upcoming maxKnowledge course opportunities. I am hopeful to take away much of this Socia Media information and assess how my Career Services department uses our tracking, assessing, and engagement practices for enhancing future opportunities.
