I learned that you should use a form of a Toatal point method and explain to your students how it works. always keep up to date with your students grading system, and know when and carefuly give extra credit for students.

I have learned  that before a lecture you should always plan out what you will be talking about. Break dow your topic into sectiong to help them understand you better. Always have a plan B incase you have to re-direct a topic. Give a pre quiz and see where your students are at and then decide where you want to start teaching from.

You can use media in differnt ways to help your students learn more. Using powerpoint can be a great tool to catch students attention and help them stay more focused.

I haved learned that there is more then just one way to teach. First you must learn who you really are, and then decide which method of teaching best fits you.  Learn from other Instructors  their ways of teaching and apply some of their qualities to your teachings. Always lead by example and watch and understand your students to be able to aproach them correctly.
