You are so right Janelle.  There were so many questions these online trainings answer and provide clarification on!  I completed an online training last year as well and have made a binder with all of the information from it and I am so excited to combine this new information as well.  Making sure we remain in compliance is so important and these trainings are so well put together they cover all the bases. 

I agree.  People in todays generation are reward driven, and therefore, they need to receive the tools and skills that will get them to the position that is rewarding.  Nothing is guaranteed in the workforce as far as placement, but if we give them the right tools in the program and help them establish goals, they will have no problem making it to that rewarding point in their life. 

very true.  I definitely feel that I am more informed on how to perform my job effectively and efficiently.  Also feel I have better understand of the rules and how to answer everyday questions in the life of an admissions leader.
