My named is Lisa T. As a fairly new instructor, I am enjoying myself thus far! My learning interest is focused around maintaining a positive environment in the classroom, and how to effectively handle conflict in the classroom involving students and the various personalities. I would like to know whether or not my way of thinking is effective according to the standards of managing a classroom of diversity among students.

I am really excited about the things I learned in this course. I feel that it will be better prepare me to be an online instructor. I can take the same kind of enthusiam and excitement that I have in my on-ground classes and bring them into an online setting. I feel that with the values taught on this evening, I can now step out of my comfort zone and pursue online teaching.

I've taken courses online to obtain my degree, but as I can see with the lesson, it is very similar to being in the physical classroom. The key is to keep the students engaged in learning considering they don't get to see the instructor face to face.
The learning course has enlightened me. I wish to also teach online. I feel that it will pretty nteresting.

Just completed two classes ED 104 & 105
The classes were very imformative. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to be a part of this arena. I've always had a desire to teach, and now that my dream has come true... I get to receive more education on how to become a better educator! This is awesome! Not only will this help empower me to give my students the best that I can, but it will also empower them to become the best that they strive to be.

How do one go about dealing with young adult students that are negative about everything presented in the classroom? At first I thought that she was just some young kid fresh out of high school,that was used to having a silver platter. She is a whiner about everything, but she has a friend that is really smart who tries to do everything possible to ensure that she passes all of her course work. (By the way, she is much younger than her classmate that is so negative). This concerns me because negativity travels, and has influence which causes choas in… >>>
