Rachel, Sorry to hear about the trees but sometimes paper works well too. An electronic version also has its advantages, especially completing a word search. Many people are not comfortable with electronic versions and having the paper to show them or give a copy provides a comfort level electronic may not provide.
Pamela, Compliance is key. The resource notebook is an excellent source in keeping compliant.

Eduardo, The resource notebook can be a wonderful asset. Add to it to make it your own. Add copies of the ad slicks to see what your prospective students are looking at.

Carl, Knowledge is certainly powerful, but also knowing where to gain knowledge is equally as powerful. You are setting a good example.

Joshua, I would suggest that occasionally compare the notebooks with each other. This would be a good exercise is making sure everyone is up-to-date but also sharing ideas.

Joshua, It is important to add your institution's catalog, Florida Statutes and Rules, and any accreditation information.
Pamela, Sounds like you are off to a great start. Accreditation standards can be a beast to get through, so select the fair consumer practices portion first, then program requirements and you will be able to have a very good understanding on the onset.

Albert, Definitions are important as we want to make sure everyone is speaking or referring to the same thing. Keep up the good work!
