I really like the idea of talking cards. Allows all students to have time to speak 

I plan to incorporate Ice breakers and discuss clear expectations for assignments and grading 

Make learning fun and exciting, helping them include their own experience. 

Keeping student engaged and part of the discussion is so important

Including the students experience and making the classroom enjoyable will help the student succeed 

It is important to know my students experience and knowledge, so I can support and teach effectively.

I have learned the importance of different learning styles and breaking down lectures into smaller sessions as well as keeping steps for demonstrations between 5-7.

I have learned that introducing myself and my experience is important for the students. Learning the students names and having clear expectations about what they will learn can help them be successful .

I have learned the importance of having a comfortable classroom, as well as taking extra time to prepare and organize for success.

I have learned how important it is for me to model professionalism, while inspiring curiosity, listening with empathy, and adapting to each student's needs.
