This is done best by keeping a checklist of manuals, policies, and procedures. Then, reviewing and updating them as needed. Moreover, to apply the importance of updated information and compliance, one should be attending trainings to continue professional growth in the field, regardless of already being up to date on documents/policies.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

Forms must be completed, signed properly. and in compliance. We must be aware of the process, system, and chain of communication at our institution. For example, if the policy states that after the student fills out the application, the representative should connect them with Financial Aid, then it is vital that they follow that step so the information can be represented accurately by the right body, and following policies.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
