The different ways to ask a question can give new life to the same questions. 

The different learning styles help to keep the students engaged and wanting to learn more. It also helps the instructor keep on their toes. 

I need to learn to break up the class content into 15 minutes units. If possible, I would like to have a real-world example of how the information will work in the field. 

Introduce yourself class, talk about your experience in the field, brief the class on what is going to be covered. 

I have learned that being prepared for the lesson is more than just knowing the material. Show up on time (15 minutes early) and prep the room. Make a check list of everything that needs to be done. Be open to change and input from others.

You should be prepared before setting foot in the classroom. Remember the students are looking to learn from you and they watch how you conduct yourself in class and around others. Lead by example.
