Sharing what is happening with me in relation to time based on the student's actions is a great way to establish a human connection. <p>I knew current students prefer utilizing cell phones and tablets, but I did not know the number was 74% based on a study. From my perspective, the mobile devices should only be used for reading, but I can understand how the ease of use can push students to use them over laptops and desktops. With this information, I do wonder how I can better interact with students in the online classroom. I wonder if creating a poll would be a good idea.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

<p>The four types of. learning. caught my attention along with the seven characteristics. The four types of learning, which are in person, web, hybrid, and online, surprised me because I only knew of three. The web portion is one I had not been familiar with since high school. Also, I originally believed there were only four characteristics, but learning that there are seven made me rethink my knowledge about the online non traditional learner. <p>I've been working with generative artificial intelligence since the Spring of 2023, and I found myself pleasantly surprised by this course: the idea of artificial intelligence having many areas where human engagement is critical helped me look at my job in a different way. In my current position, I evaluate what artificial intelligence does with human requests, but I did not think about the ways companies view artificial intelligence within their own businesses. For instance, some organizations have a fear of using artificial intelligence because of a fear staff will be replaced.
