Keeping student involved in the lessons and making sure they understand their participation will move them to the desired goal. Retension is commitment from everyone on making the outcome positive for the students. Standards can not be lowered to meet the type of students, instructors must raise the level to reach the goal, therefore most students will rise to the upgrade. Those with special circumstances will need to speak up. Schools program meets the requirements, some students may have to repeat the class.

General business climate today will grow the size and profits with little concern for actual education of the student. School are for ever trying to find ways which cut down the actual teaching time. Years past to learn the skill required for vocational training took time in apprenticeship. Therefore students would actually be preforming the work while the instructor would be overseeing the process.Student could not complete a course of study without completing the work. Schools should behonest in the enrollment numbers compared to the positions available for employment.Career Colleges train many students who will start in the field, but… >>>

Students are most likely to learn well, even with disability by seeing the applied use of the material prior to the test. Teach the lesson, show its importance to the field of use and them apply the lesson to the application.
This allows students with any disability to hear it see it and do it , before he/she is asked to remember the lesson.Not all people even know they have some disability, they think that they can not take any test.
This also is repeating the lesson over three times before they are asked to complete the task.

Student will increase their words in technical material as they preform each technical task and begin to see the words applied to the parts idenification. Going through each part or material will have every student relating the part to the name and the application.
This will help everyone , even those with real experience since many won"t be able to apply the word name to the actual part.

Involving students into groups give every student the ability to see the entire project and develope it through to the end without having to do each seperate assignment.
The use of groups allows everyone the inaction and training along with completion on time. Everyone is focused to be on time therefore not to let the other members down in the completion of their task. Adding all the task together shows the students the whole project. Students are willing to work harder in a group rather than letting their peers down.

The instructor needs to develope a plan for lecture which moves him through out the classroom and keeps students involved. Instructor can start asking each student why they chose this field of study and how they will apply the training to real life. Using this information, he can freely move about the classroom and have each student show their plan for action. Take a few good plans and intermix with lesson being taught, using students idea to help demostrate the object of the lesson. Missed test should be made up within two days of returning to school after reasonable excused absent. When ever test was missed for nonexcused absent, makeup test will lose 10 points per day, and after 3 days can not be made up. Test should always be different and close attention to simlar questions should be checked.
Attendance should be checked since usual school accredication checks this very close. Attendance is the number 1 reason people are let go from employment.

Keeping students engaged is important part of managing the students education. Lesson plans need to be written so that they can be extended or compressed as the students needs change.
Teaching each lesson will encounter areas that will require change in method and activies to keep them involved, one way will be to go from lecture to physicial activity, getting them out of there seat and moving will wake them up.They will relate to visual technical activety better than just lecture sitting.

The object in teaching is to give students a visual of the application of the subject as it applies to there field of study.
Teaching with the use of Media enhances the lecture by showing the object that we are teaching. The use of overheads allow the student to see the actule flow, if you have them color in the area as you buildit projected on the white board. Powerpoint will show the design and add each step with each additional slide.
This method involves hands, visual, and media for teaching.

Build excitement to bring the class together can only happen if you are knowledgable. You must have reviewed the course and be ready to relay the information to the students.
Keep control of the class by making all students involved and excited in the learning. Change up the worksheets to various colored backrounds ketching the sight and attention of syudents.
