All institutions must follow the  Education department commission, but they all work differently and have different types of marketing. However, the institution does not have to employ all the methods it has listed.

From this module I learned that it is important to ensure that the student is fully aware of all of the requirements for admission and that the guidelines and rules are very transparent. This is to ensure that they are able to make conscious decisions about the courses/classes that are being offered and that they will be able to refer to the rules to rectify their actions to adhere to the stated rules. 

I learned about Florida regulations, procedures, and various ethical practices. The admissions process and training is essential to maintain my knowledge of these policies

From this module, I learned that if my institution is licensed under Florida Commission of Education and accredited then marketing materials and strategies must comply with those standards. I must be up to date with those rules annually and make note of such changes in a separate notebook so that others in the advertising department can easily access this or refer to FCE's online website rules and regulation. 

The resource notebook requires continual updates and must maintain critical information, which will ensure to make everyone's lives easier.

I learned that the student services is a vital service that attracts and helps prospective students.

I learned that you must be keep the application files and maintaining transparency is the key factor to enrolling students to the school.

I learned that it is important to keep an up to date admission policies and procedures.

The fines listed should deter most if not all potential suspects.
