          This Module 4 really helped me in examining guidelines for setting up an information management system for my online corses, managing e-mail messages effectively and counselling students. It has helped me identify different learner profiles that affect online learning, as well as learning the major causes of conflict that affect e-learners and identifying means for reducing student attrition from my online courses. I was also enlightened with the recommending strategies for keeping course records, student communications and counselling, dealing with undesirable student behavior and student conflict resolution.

Differentiating asynchronous and synchronous discussions , their characteristics, pros and cons were very educational and instructional. I liked the different student learners and the value of feedback mechanisms in becoming successful in online education teaching.
