In this model, I learned the different methods to motivate students in the class. I  intend to apply it by giving student clear course contents: encourage students to be active in the group activity: Making students focussing to understand theory and abstract not only pass the class; signed student to work in group to design practical project. 

In this module, I learned that the best use methods to encourage students to be active in class and increase students retention. Also, I will apply these method during contents of class, homeworks, quizzes and group activities.

I have learned how instructor encourage students be active in the class. Also, the understanding of students are important to support teaching success. One of using method to support that is first day survey.

This course is helpful to handle all students needs. I learnt a new scenarios that are used to help students to be success in their studying program. It is important to understand student needs because it will assist in the retention process.

Creating a lesson and delivery methods are understanding well during this module. I exteremly gree with the following:
1-Students like variety in delivery to help keep them focused
2-Be creative, be competent, and be personable and as a result you will be rewarded with student learning that is reflective of the effort you put forth in class preparation.
In my teaching effort, I always sign a project base learning because it helps students to improve understanding and grade. 

This module gives a good information to help an instructor to lead well the class in the first day of the semester.  It is given a clear picture about the first day teaching scenarios. In the first module of my class, I always publish an introduction discussion that is used to interact students with others and with me too.  

I learned the best ways to develop any course. Also I understand and add a new information how the instructor behaves inside the class. Moreover, the teaching environment, text book, course contents and teaching skills are most important to offer active learning.   

I learnt from the module the ways that I can follow to be a good leader inside the classroom. Also I learn that instructor always need to develop himself by attend developing course, discuss with peers, asking the supervisor and coworkers.
