I am the Dean of Faculty at a small career college in Colorado Springs, CO. I have my doctorate in education (Ed.D). We are using Maxknowledge as a professional development tool as a lot of our instructors have many years experience in the fields they instruct, but not much experience in instruction/teaching.

When not working, I love to hike. I have hiked to the top of 37 different 14,000 ft. peaks here in Colorado and over 60 total with repeat hikes. Looking forward to more courses on Maxknowledge.
