<p>Some highlights:</p>
<p>1) Build strong group interdependence - building the "one for all and all for one" camaraderie.</p>
<p>2) Keep groups to fewer than 6 members.</p>
<p>3) Establish peer evaluation - peer evaluations are great learning tools for students.</p>

What I learned, and really no surprise, is the characteristics are basical that same as the characteristics of a classroom teacher. Throughout this course I am fancinated that while I'm learning about being an online instructor, the course makes me reflect on classroom instruction, therefore improving my classroom instruction. <p>In another module I read a comment that resonated with me. That is: The instructor must remember to facilitate, not dominate, the communication process. In my view, instructors who are facilitators and dominators are most effective. <p>Some highlights:</p>
<p>1) Build strong group interdependence - building the "one for all and all for one" camaraderie.</p>
<p>2) Keep groups to fewer than 6 members.</p>
<p>3) Establish peer evaluation - peer evaluations are great learning tools for students.</p>

What I learned, and really no surprise, is the characteristics are basical that same as the characteristics of a classroom teacher. Throughout this course I am fancinated that while I'm learning about being an online instructor, the course makes me reflect on classroom instruction, therefore improving my classroom instruction. These are the same skills required in project management. </p>

I used a wiki for all class assignments and discussion board. The students made a personal wordpress to show their work and journal.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

<p>In another module I read a comment that resonated with me. That is: The instructor must remember to facilitate, not dominate, the communication process. In my view, instructors who are facilitators and dominators are most effective. My goal is to develop and maintain the skills and knowledge to be able to be a good facilitor.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
