I received an M.Ed. & Ph.D. from the University or Minnesota, and a research fellow (NCSU, ECMC Foundation).  I reside in Guam, love the ocean and scuba diving.  I encourage folks to learn about the western Pacific (US Territory of Guam, Commonwealth of the Mariana Islands, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Republic of Palau, and Federated States of Micronesia).  Guam is a hidden gem of the United States :)
