i learned about students characteristics and category learning styles prior knowledge and motivations can effect how students learn

structuring material into logical modules, and building a foundation for engagement as much as possible

building a rapport setting expectations while establishing a positive organized and inclusive classroom culture 

Effective preparation is less about rigid scheduling and more about anticipation of friction. Sometimes, a well-structured plan doesn't just outline a flow to succeed; it can be a buffer for when things inevitably get off course of the academic syllabus, also how much of an advantage you have by getting a head start before the class arrives can make the class go so much more smoothly
