Statutes can only be changed once a year through the legislative process. Institution provides students with the knowledge to make an informed decision about their life. Trust, honesty, and integrity should be the basic tenants of everything school. The CIE's requirements help to ensure that all institution follow the same guide lines. The regulations protect both the student and the school. The schools catalog should be a great tool.

As an owner of an institution, I find this material to be very informative. This program should be extended to all executives. We sometimes forget the fundamentals. A good example is that we need to be reminded that the goal of enrollment is for the student to have the ability to seek employment after graduation. Placement services are key to assisting the student to find a job. It is always important to advise the student of these services.
