This is the third online university at which I have taught. I like this university the best because we are required to conduct two one-hour "Live Chats" per week. It is a five and one-half week course. I teach Human Resource Management courses. For the past four months I have taught Organizational Change.

My background has been in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Training.

I have my Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel & Industrial Relations. My Master of Arts is in Human Resource Development and I have completed 100 credit hours toward my PhD in Applied Management & Decision Sciences.
