One thing I don't understand is how far the limitations of being an Instructor allows you to go. They want you to help your students to try to help keep them in school while at he same time we are told that you can not do anything to really help. So how far is the border line for helping?

As someone that was originally a field hand and now an instructor, I really do like and appreciate these subjects. They really open ones mind towards how to look at sertain situations and subjects at hand.

As someone that has just taken this course online for the first time, I would like to say that I was very pleased to see and learn about this. Teaching is a whole new and different thing from me coming from field work and going staight into a classroom at a trade school to instruct students to become future field hands.
