What an eye opening and motivating to enhance our students learning. The content in this training has help a lot in understanding today's students and their learning habits.

We break the ice everyday when we speak to a peer, a stranger or to our students. Students have not experience good solid methods of breaking the ice. It is very easy to stay silent but with no reward. Some choose the easy life and never prosper from that mentality.
Engagement is a key factor to our students, we text one on one, we study one on one are alone and we sit in class and listen to a lecture giving by one person. Involving all students to participate in class discussions, interacting amoust themselves in groups and then as… >>>

I found this course enlighting on areas that we never see in front of us or take forgranted that can slow down production. As an instructor, I am always interupted by students questions and mangement needing answers to a question, facilitate a test to a student or needed asap for other reasons.
I found some interesting strategies to utilize in class and to my bosses so I can be more effective in teaching and to my team to assist a higher productive manner.
