This tutorial gives a lot of good information about fostering innovation and creativity in the workplace. Some things to remember: Ask open ended questions, Encourage creativity, Don't set harsh or rigid rules, avoid direct supervision as much as possible. Highly recommended!!

This was a great tutorial on giving feedback! It had many good points, such as, not waiting too long to give feedback, remaining engaged in the other persons comments, and not accusing or making assumptions. I recommend it!

Looks like I need to work on my stress management skills! I scored an 81!! This was a great reminder about how important managing your stress level is to prevent burnout. There were a lot of helpful suggestions about positive ways to manage stress!

This tutorial has a lot of great points about communication in it. Both verbal and noverbal communication are important and should be used to complement each other instead of being used to contradict each other. Facial expressions are criticially important, which are what I will be working on most!!

This is great information on the different personality types of employees. This was really helpful in identifying my own personality type. I'm positive it will be helpful in identifying other employees personality types which will aid in communication and intereactions with them.

These are great ideas on promoting creativity in the workplace. I love all the different creative thinking ideas. I would like to implement some of these ideas into my job.
