	<div class="river_content_display"><p>For my inattentive students, I walk towards them in a class setting. If the behavior is repeated the next day or within the same class period, I have a private conversation with the student. Usually, the answer is they are bored. So, the first thing I do is some self-reflection to see if I need to change my delivery method or make the content clearer for understanding.</p>
<p>I like the idea of making a "talkative student" an observer. I am going to try this method in my class.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

I usually incorporate information gathering from the individual student (for my purposes of discovering their likes and dislikes, how they learn best, etc.) as well as team activities so they can get to know each other better. When students participate in team building activities, I am observing which students step up as leaders and which students shy away from the activity. I like the idea of color-coding the pages. 	<div class="river_content_display"><p>In this module, I learned about obstacles that can interfere with effective time management:&nbsp; (1) Procrastination; (2) Immediacy; and (3) Insecurity. The best way to overcome procrastination is to invest time now to complete tasks in order to enjoy my free time in the future. To overcome immediacy, I need to focus on what I want to accomplish and find the most effective method to complete tasks on my list. A &ldquo;to-do list&rdquo; can help me organize my tasks in order to manage my time more efficiently.</p>
