<![CDATA[Career College Lounge: Pamela Harris]]> http://www.careeredlounge.com/pg/profile/cteteacher201?offset=20 https://www.careeredlounge.com/pg/profile/cteteacher201 Fri, 27 Mar 2020 15:05:59 -0400 https://www.careeredlounge.com/pg/profile/cteteacher201 <![CDATA[Pamela Harris]]> I am in my 12th year as a CTE Business Education Teacher.  I love the work I do and the students I teach.  I am a middle school teacher, teaching in a Title I school.  I have been married to my wonderful, amazing husband for 27 years.  When I started, both of my children were still at home - one was in middle school and one in elementary.  Today they are both out of the home and doing well.

I believe all students can learn.  I also believe students need the skills and knowledge they can gain from a CTE course.  Unfortunately, our value is not recognized as it should be.  Yet, like the professionals we are, we continue to impart the knowledge and skills to our students that we know will benefit them in the future and even now as students.
